The app is glitching, won't load, or I can't log in

**Try these in order: **

1. Refresh the app (swipe it closed and reopen)
2. Check you're on the latest version, and if needed delete and reinstall it to clear bugs.
3. If you've recently changed your phone number, you may need to log out and back in with the new number - message us and we'll update your account.
