Where do I park, and what if the bay is taken?

Return the car to its designated Ollo space at your building (your hub details and welcome email show where). If someone else is parked in the Ollo bay, it's not your fault — park as close as you safely can, take a photo of where you've left it and send it to us, then end your trip. We'll let the building team know to sort the bay.
