What fees might I be charged?

Beyond the trip fee, fees can include: late return (hourly rate plus costs), tolls (passed on plus a $2.50 admin fee per booking), driving fines (passed on plus a $25 admin fee), excess kilometres (35c/km over 400km/day), excessive cleaning ($150), pets or smoking ($200 each), lost or damaged Ollo equipment ($200 plus replacement), an unauthorised driver ($500), and the damage excess if there's an incident.

If a payment is owed and not paid on time, late-payment fees and interest apply. We always aim to be clear about any charge — if something looks off, message us with the amount and date and we'll check it.
