How do I get verified so I can book?

To drive an Ollo car we need three things on your profile, all uploaded in the Profile tab of the Ollo app: a clear photo of your driver's licence (front and back) showing your name, date of birth and licence expiry; a selfie so we can match it to your licence; and your proof of residency (a document showing you live at your building).

Once those are in, our crew validates your account, usually quickly during support hours. When you're approved you'll get a welcome email with your access details and a first-trip discount code. If you're in a hurry, send us a message and we'll prioritise it.
