How do I cancel, and what refund will I get?

You can cancel an upcoming booking any time in the app. The refund depends on timing: cancel 24 hours or more before your start time for a full refund, or within 24 hours of the start time for a 50% refund.

If you were charged for a genuinely accidental booking or extension, message us with the details — don't start the accidental booking in the meantime — and we'll help sort it out.
