The car has broken down — what do I do?

If it can't be fixed on the spot we'll recover and repair it as soon as possible, and do our best to provide a replacement where one is available.

Some situations aren't covered by free assistance and may incur a charge — a flat battery from leaving lights or the entertainment system on, tyre changes, lost keys, or keys locked in the car. Letting the battery go flat through negligence can mean a $100 call-out plus towing.
