# I can't upload my documents in the app

Having trouble with the in-app document upload? It can sometimes be a little fiddly.

The easiest option is to send your documents to us directly in the chat or email them to [hello@ollo.com.au](mailto:hello@ollo.com.au) and we’ll upload and validate them for you.

If you’d still prefer to upload them yourself, you can use the options below.
