# Can I get a refund?

Refunds are generally provided where, through no fault of yours, you lost the use of the vehicle — for example a car that wouldn't charge or start, a breakdown, or an accident you didn't cause. Cancellations follow the cancellation policy (full refund 24+ hours before; 50% within 24 hours).

| To request a refund, message us or email support@ollo.com.au with your booking details. Depending on the circumstances we may refund in full, in part, or not at all. Refunds typically take 5–10 days to land on your card, though often sooner.
